Our CEO is an active captain with a major international airline, flying heavy jets on long-haul routes worldwide. His career did not begin on a widebody flight deck. He spent years flying propeller aircraft on regional networks, building hours the way most pilots do, one sector at a time, on a starting salary that left very little at the end of the month.
