🔐 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Etwintech LTD (Seychelles), the operator of the CrewVIP platform. By creating or maintaining a CrewVIP account, you acknowledge and accept the latest version of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crew-VIP mobile app, website, or business owner portal — or by accepting via email to be listed on the platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. You must create an account to use the platform and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Crew Members: Must be at least 18 years old and airline crew, including pilot, cabin crew, or aviation staff, with valid proof of employment where requested.

Businesses: Must be legitimate and authorized to offer discounts, promotions, benefits, or services to crew members.

CrewVIP may request verification documents at any time and may refuse, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion if eligibility cannot be confirmed, if false information is provided, or to protect the integrity of the platform. Verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or background check of any member or business.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Impersonation, false identity details, misleading information, or fraudulent use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that takes place through your account.

4. CrewConnect — Public Profile Visibility & Assumption of Risk

CrewConnect allows verified airline crew members to view other members who are nearby, based in the same city, or on layover, and to connect in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner.

By using CrewConnect, you understand and agree that the following information may be visible to other verified CrewVIP members:

  • Your first name and last name
  • Your age
  • Your airline or employer
  • Your country or base location
  • Your profile picture, if uploaded
  • Any optional profile details you voluntarily provide

You may edit or remove your profile information at any time or request removal at [email protected].

Assumption of risk. CrewVIP does not conduct criminal background checks or identity screening beyond employment-related verification, and makes no representations or warranties about the conduct, identity, or intentions of any member. All interactions, communications, meetings, or activities between members, whether inside the app or in person, are undertaken entirely at your own risk and are solely between the members involved. You agree to exercise caution and common sense, especially when meeting other members in person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewVIP and Etwintech LTD accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind arising from member interactions or meetings.

5. Use of the Platform

Crew Members: May redeem discounts, access crew-related offers, use available features, and connect through CrewConnect.

Businesses: May publish offers after verification and are fully responsible for the accuracy, validity, availability, and legality of their offers.

You agree to use CrewVIP only for lawful, respectful, and legitimate purposes. Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

CrewVIP may modify, add, remove, or discontinue any feature, offer, content, or part of the platform at any time without notice and without liability. We do not guarantee that the platform, or any specific discount, feature, or content, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Membership Fees, Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Membership for crew members may require a recurring subscription fee. Paid memberships give access to selected premium features, offers, or benefits available inside the CrewVIP platform.

CrewVIP memberships purchased inside the mobile app are processed exclusively through either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on the platform used by the member.

CrewVIP does not directly collect, process, store, or have access to members' full credit card details, bank details, Apple ID payment details, Google Play payment details, or full payment information.

All payment processing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, charge disputes, and payment method management are handled directly by Apple or Google. It is the sole responsibility of the member to manage their subscription, payment method, cancellation, renewal, billing issue, or refund request directly with the relevant payment provider.

No refund can be issued directly by CrewVIP. If a member purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, CrewVIP cannot cancel, refund, reverse, modify, or dispute the payment from our side. Any refund request must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their own rules, procedures, and policies.

Members are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged again. Deleting the CrewVIP app or deleting a CrewVIP account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

Apple App Store subscriptions: Members can manage their CrewVIP subscription by opening the Settings app on their iPhone, tapping their Apple ID / name, then selecting Subscriptions. Refund requests can be submitted through Apple's official refund page at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play subscriptions: Members can manage their CrewVIP subscription by opening the Google Play Store, tapping their profile icon, then selecting Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Refund requests can be submitted through Google Play support or through the member's Google Play order history.

CrewVIP may assist members by providing general guidance on where to manage their subscription, but the final decision regarding billing, cancellation, charge disputes, or refunds remains with Apple or Google, depending on the payment provider used by the member.

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the platform. Their own terms and policies apply to purchases made through their stores.

Business listings are currently free. CrewVIP reserves the right to introduce paid business features in the future, subject to updated terms or prior notice where required.

7. Publishing Deals and Promotions

Business owners are fully responsible for the accuracy, availability, legality, and validity of any published information, promotion, discount, or deal. Misleading, false, expired, unavailable, or abusive promotions may result in removal or suspension.

CrewVIP acts solely as a platform connecting crew members and businesses. CrewVIP is not a party to any transaction, purchase, or service between a member and a business. CrewVIP does not guarantee the availability, quality, price, safety, or performance of any deal offered by a business partner. Discounts and offers may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Crew members are responsible for checking the details directly with the business before purchase or redemption.

Businesses agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewVIP and Etwintech LTD against any claim arising from their offers, services, products, or conduct.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or inappropriate conduct toward other users
  • Misuse of CrewConnect for solicitation, spam, exploitation, or non-professional behavior
  • Impersonation or use of false identity data
  • Sharing private data of other users without consent
  • Uploading false, misleading, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Attempting to bypass payment, subscription, or access controls
  • Scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering, or automated extraction of platform data or content
  • Reselling, sharing, or transferring membership benefits, discounts, or accounts to non-eligible persons
  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, design, text, graphics, and materials in the platform are owned by Crew-VIP, Etwintech LTD, or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without written authorization.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Crew-VIP is not responsible for business services, user interactions, third-party offers, networking outcomes, technical interruptions, data loss, unauthorized access, payment provider decisions, or any consequences resulting from CrewConnect usage.

CrewVIP is not responsible for payment processing decisions, refund decisions, billing errors, failed cancellations, renewal charges, charge disputes, or payment issues handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew-VIP and Etwintech LTD shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, reputational, business, financial, opportunity, or special losses of any kind, arising from use of the platform, CrewConnect, business offers, or third-party payment providers, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

CrewVIP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or hosting failures, or third-party service outages.

11. Indemnification & Liability Cap

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crew-VIP, Etwintech LTD, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your interactions with other members or businesses, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any indemnisation, compensation, refund, damages, or financial responsibility owed by Crew-VIP or Etwintech LTD, for any claim or series of claims of any nature, shall be strictly limited to a maximum aggregate amount equal to the total sum you have personally paid on the platform for your membership or subscription.

If you have not made any payment on the platform, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to any financial compensation, indemnity, refund, or damages of any kind, and that your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the platform and delete your account.

Any claim arising out of or relating to the platform must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraud, false information, inappropriate conduct, safety-related concerns, or any behavior that may harm CrewVIP, its users, or its partners. No refund, compensation, or damages shall be owed for suspension or termination under this section, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Termination or deletion of your CrewVIP account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Members remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions directly through Apple or Google.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the member's country of residence.

Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding against Crew-VIP or Etwintech LTD.

14. Changes to Terms

Crew-VIP may update or modify these Terms at any time to introduce new features, improve the platform, clarify rules, update payment terms, or comply with regulatory, operational, or legal requirements.

By maintaining an account on the CrewVIP platform, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and remain informed of any updates.

Continued use of the platform after an update automatically constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.

15. Use of Image and Likeness

By using the platform, uploading media, submitting business material, or participating in CrewVIP promotions, you grant Crew-VIP permission to use submitted photos, videos, business images, promotional materials, or media for platform, marketing, and promotional purposes unless revoked in writing.

If you do not wish for CrewVIP to use your submitted material for promotional purposes, you must send a clear written request to [email protected].

16. Influencer Program Terms & Content Usage Rights

Participation in the CrewVIP Influencer or Referral Program is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship.

By creating or publishing any content that references, promotes, displays, or mentions the CrewVIP name, brand, logo, platform, referral code, or services on any public channel including social networks, blogs, websites, videos, or messaging platforms, you expressly grant Crew-VIP and Etwintech LTD a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to:

  • reuse, repost, reproduce, archive, and redistribute such content
  • edit, adapt, or modify the content
  • publish it across our website, app, emails, and social platforms
  • use it in marketing, advertising, and promotional material
  • associate it with your public profile, username, image, or likeness

This applies whether content is voluntarily created, unpaid, affiliate-related, referral-related, or published independently while using the CrewVIP name or brand.

By publishing such content, you acknowledge that CrewVIP may use it for promotion without limitation, financial compensation, or time restriction.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from publishing content that references or promotes the CrewVIP brand or platform.

17. Data Erasure & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your profile, including CrewConnect profile data and photos, will be permanently deleted, except where retention is legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, CrewVIP may no longer be able to identify your previous profile, membership access, activity, or account history.

Deleting your CrewVIP account does not automatically cancel any active subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel your subscription directly through Apple or Google as explained in Section 6.

You may delete your account in-app where available or submit a deletion request at: [email protected].

18. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that best reflects its intent.

No waiver. Failure by Crew-VIP to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms. Crew-VIP and Etwintech LTD may assign their rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Etwintech LTD regarding the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Survival. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, the liability cap, governing law, and general provisions survive termination of your account or these Terms.
