📌 Welcome to the Crew-VIP membership card app, an exclusive platform for pilots, cabin crew, and business owners. By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the platform via email or registration — through the Crew-VIP app, website, or business owner portal — or by accepting via email to be listed on our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we may insert your deal on your behalf (business owners only). To access the app’s services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
2. Eligibility
Crew Members: You must be an active airline crew member (pilot or flight attendant) with a valid airline ID.
Businesses: You must represent a legitimate business offering discounts or value-added services to crew members.
3. Account Registration
To access the app’s services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
4. Use of the Platform
Crew Members: Can access and redeem deals.
Businesses: Can post offers for crew members after verification.
5. Membership Fees and Payments
For Crew Members:Access to the Crew-VIP app may require a monthly or annual membership fee. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
For Business Owners:There is no fee to be published on our platform. If you accept via email to be featured, we may publish your deal on your behalf.
Currently, there is no charge to advertise your business; however, this policy may change in the future.
Additionally, optional fees may apply for enhanced visibility or promotional placements.
6. Publishing Deals and Promotions
Accuracy: All deals are managed by the business owner who is totally responsible of the amount of anything published on our platform..
Honesty: Misleading offers will result in removal and potential suspension.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Using the app for unlawful purposes.
- Sharing false or misleading information.
- Infringing on the intellectual property of others.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the app.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the app is owned by Crew-VIP or its licensors. You may not use any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as-is" without warranties. Crew-VIP is not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses on the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crew-VIP, its parent company Etwintech LTD, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform. Under no circumstances shall Crew-VIP or Etwintech LTD be liable to refund or compensate you beyond the total amount you have paid directly to Etwintech LTD, if any. If no payment was made, you are not entitled to any compensation.
11. Termination
Crew-VIP may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Seychelles regulations.
13. Changes to Terms
Crew-VIP may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Use of Image and Likeness
By registering on the Crew-VIP platform, whether through the app, website, or via email . you grant Crew-VIP and its parent company, Etwintech LTD, the right to use your image, name, and likeness in any marketing, promotional, or informational content, including posts on our social media platforms, to help enhance our online presence.
This includes, but is not limited to, your submitted photos, videos, testimonials, or public appearances at events associated with Crew-VIP. You understand that this usage is non-compensated and may appear across various digital channels globally. If you wish to revoke this permission, you must notify us in writing at contact@crew-vip.com.
15. Influencer Program Terms
Voluntary Participation: Influencers agree to promote Crew-VIP in a truthful manner.
Incentives: May include free membership, early access to features, or other benefits.
Content Usage: Crew-VIP reserves the right to share influencer-created content across its channels with credit.
16. Data Erasure
To delete your data, email us at contact@crew-vip.com with your request. We will process it within 30 days in compliance with data protection laws.
