By creating or maintaining a CrewVIP account, you acknowledge and accept the latest version of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crew-VIP mobile app, website, or business owner portal — or by accepting via email to be listed on the platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must create an account to use the platform and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Eligibility
Crew Members: Must be airline crew (pilot or cabin crew) or aviation staff with valid proof of employment.
Businesses: Must be legitimate and authorized to offer discounts or services to crew members.
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Impersonation, false identity details, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
4. CrewConnect — Public Profile Visibility
CrewConnect allows verified airline crew members to view other members who are nearby, based in the same city, or on layover, and to connect in a professional and respectful manner.
By using CrewConnect, you understand and agree that the following information may be visible to other verified CrewVIP members:
- Your first name and last name
- Your age
- Your airline or employer
- Your country or base location
- Your profile picture (if uploaded)
- Any optional profile details you voluntarily provide
You may edit or remove your profile information at any time or request removal at [email protected].
5. Use of the Platform
Crew Members: May redeem discounts and connect through CrewConnect.
Businesses: May publish offers after verification and are fully responsible for accuracy.
6. Membership Fees and Payments
Membership for crew may require a recurring subscription fee. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Business listings are currently free but may change in the future.
7. Publishing Deals and Promotions
Business owners are fully responsible for the accuracy, availability, and validity of any published information or deals. Misleading or false promotions may result in removal or suspension.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other users
- Misuse of CrewConnect for solicitation, spam, or exploitation
- Impersonation or use of false identity data
- Sharing private data of other users without consent
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, and materials in the platform are owned by Crew-VIP or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as-is”. Crew-VIP is not responsible for business services, user interactions, or networking outcomes resulting from CrewConnect usage.
11. Indemnification & Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any indemnisation, compensation, refund, or financial responsibility owed by Crew-VIP or Etwintech LTD shall be strictly limited to a maximum amount equal to the total sum you have personally paid on the platform for your membership or subscription.
If you have not made any payment on the platform, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to any financial compensation, indemnity, refund, or damages of any kind.
Crew-VIP shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, reputational, business, or opportunity losses arising from use of the platform or CrewConnect.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, fraud, or safety-related concerns.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles.
14. Changes to Terms
Crew-VIP may update or modify these Terms at any time to introduce new features, improve the platform, or comply with regulatory or operational requirements.
By maintaining an account on the CrewVIP platform, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and remain informed of any updates.
Continued use of the platform after an update automatically constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.
15. Use of Image and Likeness
By using the platform, you grant Crew-VIP permission to use submitted photos or media for promotional purposes unless revoked in writing.
16. Influencer Program Terms & Content Usage Rights
Participation in the CrewVIP Influencer or Referral Program is voluntary and does not create an employment or contractor relationship.
By creating or publishing any content that references, promotes, displays, or mentions the CrewVIP name, brand, logo, platform, referral code, or services on any public channel (including social networks, blogs, websites, videos, or messaging platforms), you expressly grant Crew-VIP and Etwintech LTD a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to:
- reuse, repost, reproduce, archive, and redistribute such content
- edit, adapt, or modify the content
- publish it across our website, app, emails, and social platforms
- use it in marketing, advertising, and promotional material
- associate it with your public profile, username, or likeness
This applies whether content is voluntarily created, unpaid, affiliate-related, or published independently while using the CrewVIP name or brand.
By publishing such content, you acknowledge that CrewVIP may use it for promotion without limitation, financial compensation, or time restriction.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from publishing content that references or promotes the CrewVIP brand or platform.
17. Data Erasure & Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. When your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your profile — including CrewConnect profile data and photos — will be permanently deleted, except where retention is legally required (e.g., payment or fraud records).
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
